American multinational pharmaceutical and biotechnology company, in conjunction with our federal, state, academic-medical, and industry partners, seeks consultant or consultants to help us evaluate / pursue local government support for the Global Research and Testing Institute*, to be based in where else but Philly. Compensation: monthly fee plus expenses for initial one-year period.
