American electric vehicle and clean energy company seeks a Philadelphia diplomat and electricity expert to advise our mercurial CEO and his team on site location, infrastructure, regulatory, municipal procurement, and related matters. Compensation: $3,750/mo. plus out-of-pocket expenses for one-year term, extendable based upon mutual agreement and the whims of the above-mentioned.
